I enjoyed the first of the series, The Promise. The others weren't quite as compelling. Not strong literature, but more like a relaxing time out for yourself. The author wrote about natural connections, psychic abilities without getting "cultish.". I had hoped she would take us a little further down that that mystical road.
I especially liked the imagery of the ocean and wood lands.
I wouldn't want my remarks to keep you from reading the books. I would recommend them.
Great quick read. I wish I could find a place with energy and people on the coast like his to live!!!
these books were a very fast read. something I like when I just want to escape. Author keeps reader entertained.
These were ok to pass the time, but not fantastic.. It would fall under the category of light reading just to unwind. It had some good points, but nothing you could not wait to put down.
I loved each of these stories, the descriptions of the areas, the characters, the mystery. I only wish the bundle had been available before! I'm glad it is available now, it will make the perfect gift for some of my friends.
